Surveys and valuations are completed though our parent company Edward Mellor and we offer a comprehensive independent professional service to private individuals, purchasers and lending institutions. Our aim is to provide first class service using only fully qualified chartered surveyors and the administration support provided by the survey department has gained recognition and accreditation under the ISO9001 scheme. We have invested in the latest technology so we can receive instructions and return completed survey reports electronically to speed up the process.

Edward Mellor receive valuation and survey instructions from most of the major lending institutions and are therefore quite often able to offer a discount should you require an additional Homebuyer Report or Building Survey.
